Error 1001 login
my friend has a problem were when he tries to log into Minecraft education at home for projects its says error code 1001 and he has turned off his vpn and its not a network problem because his brother can login of the same network

Does it work if they try to login with their login from their brothers computer?
Can they still try to test a different network to see if maybe their device is having issues with their network?
