Unable to connect to world 'Minecraft Education Edition'
I've tried everything;
-using a vpn
-allowing Minecraft edu in my firewall settings
-re downloading Minecraft edu more than 5 times
-using connection id
-trying to host my own world (it appears without 'world is no longer available')
-using different accounts
-trying on different wifis
-trying to use the connection id
-Many more!
I am sure that that list is only a fraction of ways I've tried to fix it but to no avail. I simply cannot connect to my friend's worlds and they cannot connect to mine. I have been trying to fix this issue for weeks now, looking at post after post, article after article but anything I try always leads to the same message when I try to join other people's worlds; "Unable to connect to world" and 'world is unavailable to join' when other people try to join my world with no other text. Whenever either of these things happen, I get stuck on a loading screen saying, "connecting to multiplayer world" before the messages of doom pop up, I made this post as a last resort, seeing if anybody has had the same issue and fixed it. I know this had once happened to my friend and it worked itself out for him, without him doing anything to fix it.
Does anybody have the solution?

Hey there Max,
Sorry to hear you are running into some issues connecting in Minecraft Education.
Is either the computer you are on or the computer you are connecting to a Mac by any chance?
Are the Minecraft Education licenses you have school issued ones or commercial ones?
Do you know anyone else running into issues?

Dear Danny,
I have also discovered that my Minecraft in-game library is not working, popping up with the message 'Something Went Wrong' when I try to open it. It seems as if I just can't win anything here. I was also wondering if getting the new software update would fix it. the update just came out today and I was on the latest version before it. Maybe Apple has fixed it, and I was wondering if it would be a good way to try. Anyway, sorry to hear that you are running into the same issues 'Coolio1234 Saint Denis' #nominecraftgang.

I'm sorry if you have misunderstood, but I am actually not that worried about the logging build and did not fill out the form. I am sorry if this disappoints you but it's the truth. My main focus when I first made this post was to fix my Minecraft problem and after 3 weeks I still haven't really gotten an answer. I am just asking for you to please focus on trying to fix the issue and after it is fixed I can do the logging build. If at any point you don't think it can be fixed or think that I should talk to someone else, please tell me so.

I couldn't find a lot of the files that they talk about in the post, I found some but when I deleted and reinstalled, it still came up with the same message. I also found the instructions a bit confusing but I eventually found the Keychain Access and what I thought were some of the right files. Could someone please clear this up for me and make the instructions more clear for others.

I don't think that a video is necessary, as everything that you need to know is that I can't find some of the keychains
also I don't know how to 'show hidden keychains.

A video reproduction of the issue would help out a lot in sharing your situation with the test team so they could investigate further. If you are willing I can make a ticket, otherwise it will be more difficult to troubleshoot.

Sorry, I don't feel comfortable with posting a video of my keychain access which includes a lot of personal information like passwords, my school and more on a public platform

How did you fix it? We have a school account for Minecraft EDU using a Mac Book Air and can't seem to allow students to join our worlds.
