Install from an USB stick

Hello

I am trying to make an USB stick from which i can install Minecraft Education without internet access. Since I routinly have to install it on a full classroom of devices, I would like an offline installation.
Sadly the Installer does not let me choose where to install and it is really difficult to find the full file on any computer with windows. I also tried using a mac, but the 1.6gb file i copied to the stick did not open.
Is it even possible to install Minecraft Education without any internet usage?
