    Hey there,

Are you in world builder mode perhaps? Did you type /wb? That will overwrite the immutable status for yourself.

When others join your world, are they also able to break blocks?

This template world has a layer of allow blocks in it, making it impossible to use it with immutable on.

If you want to use flat plains of grass, just create a new world, and select flat. Then you can use immutable.

  • Hi, Danny,

I didn't type /wb, so I was not in world builder mode.

    Thanks comment.

  • Hi, Dani Noble,

I can create a new world flat, and the world can be immutable.

But the world height is so low (y = -60).

    Can I create a flat world of grass with y = 0 ?

    Hi Yoshiyuki Shibata

Unfortunately there's no way to change what level the grass layer is at inside Minecraft.

You could create your own templates, but they involve using tools outside of the usual Minecraft Education experience. If you're interested in learning or pursuing that path, let me know, and I'll point you in the right direction.
