Minecraft education is not working
when i was logging in a script error came up.
how do i fix this?
i tried to restart but it did not work.

I think there is a common error happening, I am trying to log into my sons (year 4) account. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Minecraft education and it is still coming up with the message below. I had this happen with a student last year also. (year 6). I have tried logging of and on, different devices, deleting and reinstalling etc. Not sure what else to do.
Edit** I cannot log into my daughters account or my teacher account either.

This error is usually caused by there being more than one Minecraft Education installed on the device. Can you confirm there is only one Minecraft Education installed on the device when you go to "Add and Remove Programs"?

Hi Nichole. Did you try using the Demo Lesson? This resets some of the data files on your computer, and it will also test if Minecraft is working from another direction.
If the demo lesson is working, then choose to use the full version and see if it is giving you better access. I'm not 100% hopeful because you are telling me this is happening on multiple devices. I take it you are sure that you are using an Office 365 account from a school that is using Minecraft Education?
You are telling me you have ateacher account, so I'm figuring yes. =] Let me know if the demo lesson helps.
