Unable to connect to world

I have the same problem as last week. 

My world will not open. 

I exported it and emailed it to Caleb. It opened for him. 

He sent it back and it opened for me. When I tried to use it with students today it would not open. The error code is the same. "A newer version of the game has been saved. It cannot be loaded. Unable to connect to world." 

Is it a problem with my computer?

  Hey Rod, 
  Looks like you opened another ticket and Dan is helping you out! 
  
  This is definitely a strange one as I was able to open the world on my end when I worked with you. Hopefully Dan is able to help you out in the ticket! 
  
  In the meantime, I would definitely triple check a few things: 
  1. Make sure Minecraft Education is up to date
  2. See if the world can be opened on another device, like a students when exported
  3. Uninstall and Reinstall Minecraft Education, if you haven't already.
