What license do I need?
I run an afterschool program and our students has access to MCE through there school. We purchased a license in the hope that it would allow us to host a server so we can facilitate activities with our students who can log in using their school logins however we had not have any success in getting them to join our servers.
Is there a specialist license that is require? permission that needs to be enable or something that just preventing us from connecting with each other?

Hey there!
I'm Caleb with the Minecraft Education Support Team, I'm happy to assist you today!
All users who are playing multiplayer are required to be in the same Microsoft 365 tenant. If you're new license is not in the same tenant as the students, you will be unable to join them :(
You will either need to obtain a license for all students or obtain a license for yourself through the school.
