Immutable not Immutable in flat template

Yes discovered immutable does not work in edu version when trying to apply to the flat world template which I use exclusively for shared classroom builds. Nit sure why they did this bc immutable gives students freedom to explore others builds without the fear something is broken on accident (or not on accident)..
