ME - Getting error - Couldn't find account

I am trying to login to the Minecraft Education account "[Email Redacted]" and it throws an error "We couldn't find a work or school account with that email address"

  It looks like you're trying to sign in with a personal email. When you first setup your account, it would've had you make an account that ends with @something.onmicrosoft.com. You'll want to sign in with this instead as your personal email is only used for recovery. If you're still having issues, I'd love to move this into a ticket so we can work more in depth without risking sharing any personal information :)
