unable to sign in

i am using my educational email and i am 100 percent sure that it is a school email but for some reason it is saying "please make sure you are signing in with your school or organizational account and try again" when i am certainly sure that i have entered a school account, i have also typed in the same email on another device but somehow it worked, please fix this bug as soon as possible.

  This is an issue that we've been tracking down the cause of for a few weeks.
