    1.) What device make / model and OS version are you on when you got this error?

    2.) Are you on the latest version of Minecraft Education?

    3.) Is this a home network or school network?

    4.) Is this a commercial account or school managed account?

    Is there a solution to this? We are having this problem on ios and also on windows laptops.

    Hey there,

    We have had some success with these steps on Windows devices. It is worth a shot on your IOS device as well -

    Steps to clear Minecraft's sign-in cache 

    1. Open Minecraft Education, and close the sign-in window 
    2. Select to go into demo mode
    3. From demo, click "unlock full game" to get a cleared sign-in window
    4. Now sign in with your new account'
