Invisibility potions and crouching disable
The only issues I have with students working together in a group shared world is the sneeky ones that go arround with an invisiblility potion and crouch to hide their nametag. This has been the bane to usually wonderful Minecraft experience in the classroom.

Super unfortunate students are abusing Invisibility potions.
We don't have an official way to disable potions at this time (but I love the idea). However, I may have a work around for you using command blocks.
You could put a repeating command block near spawn (so it's always loaded) that removes the invisibility effect from all players. The command would look like this: /effect clear @a invisibility
Bear in mind, that this will disable invisibility for all players.
