Code Builder Performance

We have identified a performance issue with Code Builder in Minecraft Education. When running the latest version 1.20.1305.0, it takes minutes for Code Builder to initialise. When running version 1.18.45.0, it's ready within a few seconds. Could we investigate what is causing these issues with the newest version?
