No Code Builder

There is a student account which no code builder pop up when press "C". I checked in setting, code builder is enabled(gray). Others students code builder all works, where should I check. Thanks!

  Hey there!

  You will need to check the keybindings section -

  Go to - Settings > Keyboard & Mouse > Code Builder and look for a 'C" next to it. If no 'C' you can put one there and you should be good.
