minecraft educationにサインインできません。すでに試したことはつぎのとうりです。 1、minecraft educationにすでに登録済のメールアドレスとパスワードを入力して、サインインを試す。 2、メールアドレス、パスワード入力後、マイクロソフトauthenticartorに表示される、6桁のコードを求められるので、モバイルアプリにインストールしているマイクロソフトauthenticartorを確認。しかし、マイクロソフトauthenticartorの6桁のコードが見つかりません。 3、モバイルデバイス側のmicrosoft authenticartorにサインインを試しましたがこちらも6桁のコードを求められてサインインできません。 4、「別の方法でサインイン」も試しアカウントにアクセスできるか試しました。しかし、 microsoft authenticartorで「アプリで要求を承認する」　を選択し、サインイン要求を承認するという、画面があらわれ、authenticartorに表示されている2桁の番号(今回は25でした)を入力するよう指示されるのですが、この2桁の番号もどこへ入力すればいいのかわからないです。 5、minecraft educationをＰＣからアンインストールして再インストールとモバイルデバイスからmicrosoft authenticartorをアンインストールして再インストールを試しましたが、やはりコードの入力を求められて（minecraft educationとauthenticartorは最新のバージョンの状態です。PCはWindows11を使用。）サインインできない状態です。 minecraft educationに関して、年間のサブスクリプション1425円の費用を払っているので、早急に解決したいです。お金がかかっていることなので、できれば、電話対応のサポートをお願いしたいです。サインインできない状態なので、子供に淋しい思いをさせていますし、解決できないようであればサブスクリプションの更新を停止させたいです。どうか、早急に解決を望みます。

Hey Kazu,

If you can still sign in with your admin account, you can disable this feature following these instructions:

Sign in to the Microsoft Entra admin center with global admin credentials. (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/security/business/microsoft-entra)
In the left nav, expand Protection and choose Authentication methods.
Under Manage, select settings
Under System-preferred multifactor authentication change the state to Disabled.

Note: This guide is to enable it, but you select disable in the same areas to turn off.

左側のナビゲーションで、「保護」を展開し、「認証方法」を選択します。
「管理」で設定を選択します
[システムが優先する多要素認証] で、状態を [無効] に変更します。
