Minecraft Education cloud saving broken.
I have teachers who use Minecraft EDU on Chromebooks frequently and they have run into an issue where the students saved worlds have all disappeared. Now there is a message when they view their worlds that says "If you lost your worlds click here" I am able to update permissions to include files and folders but all the data is missing. They used to work on them on a school chromebooks and then continue working on their home computer but now it's all gone.
Even if we cant get them back, how do we set it up to be available across multiple devices again? This feature is a must for students.

Cloud storage is a highly requested feature, but is not currently available. For the time being, all worlds are saved on the device.
However, you can export your worlds and save them in a cloud environment if you would like.
Here is an article with instructions: https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047555391-Import-Export-and-Manage-Worlds-0
