Issue: When the AI was generating the world I had chosen, Minecraft completely crashed. I was testing it before I used in my classroom.

OS & Device: Using PC, 3months old, microsoft windows

Network: Home network

Reproduce: just play

  Does it seem to crash at the same point in the game every time?
  If so, could you share a screenshot of where exactly?
  Also, can you tell me the make/model of your device?

  Sure. It turns off once you get to robot that teleports you, then the whole game shuts down. My son is playing on the windows version on a Gigabyte laptop. We don’t have a screenshot because he got so frustrated and closed his laptop.

  That definitely sounds frustrating.
  Lets start by making sure you are on the latest version of Minecraft Education (1.20.13) and make sure your OS is up to date as well.
  You might try reinstalling the app as well.
  If none of those options work, let me know.
