When I sign into Minecraft Education, "Something went wrong [1001] keeps happening

So that screen pops up and I need Minecraft EE for a group assignment, so I do need some help.

  What type of device are you using and is it school owned/managed?
  Also, are you using your school network or your home network?
  Are you able to sign in on a separate network by chance?
