Loading Issue with Code Builder

Hello Minecrafters! 👋🎮
I have a persistent issue using Minecraft Education Edition 1.20.13 in my class. We use Windows 10 Pro, with 6GB RAM. 

Problem
When attempting to open the Code Builder, some PCs get stuck on the loading screen. After a bit of troubleshooting, I discovered a temporary solution – deleting the "minecraftpe" folder located at C:\Users\PC_name\AppData\Local\Temp\

Temporary solution
While this quick fix seems to work initially, the problem tends to resurface after a while 🤔

Help!
Did anyone experience a similar problem? Any permanent solutions out there?

  Hey Simone,

  We typically see this issue occur with Chromebooks due to their limited storage capacity.
  Are you running low on storage?
  If so, you may try uninstalling unneeded programs and deleting unnecessary files.
  
  If this doesn't seem to be the issue, we may have to dig a bit more into this issue.

  I've encountered this issue on Windows devices being a repeated problem if I have the render distance too high. 

  Go to: Settings>Video>Render Distance and make sure it's no more than 9 chunks.
