Camera item should record videos

There should be a varient of the normal camera that takes videos instead. Instead of the normal camera taking a picture when used while not placed, the "video camera" should record the player's perspective. Instead of taking a picture while following the player, the "video camera" should focus on the player who placed it. This could be useful for teachers to record videos of minecraft demonstrations and saving the videos in the world. (similar to how images are able to be stored and put into a portfolio). If the videos are also able to be exported, it could also help teachers record their player without needing a second account and constantly being in third person.
