    Hey Rye,

This is likely being caused by one of two things:

    1. You may have multiple versions of Minecraft Education installed, in which case you will need to uninstall one of the versions.

    2. Something on your network or device is blocking a connection to one of our services URLs. This would need to be addressed by your IT administrator, but essentially they would need to allow list all of our URLs on any network or device filters.

    Thank you for commenting!

I actually found a way to avoid this problem. My MEE shows up on the wallpaper (I don't know what to call it) if I double-tap it opens Minecraft and sends me straight to that "No internet blah blah blah". But if I right-click the app and select run as administrator it comes up with a screen saying "Would you like this app to make changes to your device?" I select yes and Minecraft opens and asks me to sign in and it actually takes me to a sign in page not just the no service thing. It worked on my computer but may not work on yours/anyone else's, I have an Acer. This problem seems to only happen on windows.

    That is very interesting.
I'm not sure what is going on there, but if you have any further issues let me know.
