I have checked my internet and its perfect but i dont know why minecraft is not working

  Sorry to hear you are running into some issues signing in.

  How many devices affected?
  What OS version? Make/Model?
  Has it worked prior?

  I would also check to see if there are two versions installed. Multiple versions installed can also be a culprit for this error.

  first things first 

  it affected my laptop and my pc 

  i got windows 11 on my laptop and windows 10 on my pc

  it worked on a school windows 10 computer 

  it only has one version installed 

  nothing works for the laptop and pc

  it turns out that 2 Minecraft are there, one was installed on 11\15\2023 and the second one was installed on 11\9\2023, now i dont know which one is the newest and even if i try to uninstalled it asks for admonitors permissions and i am soo lazy to ask the dt teacher to fix soo, out of my and your good heart can you fix it for me pls

  I would suggest keeping the newer one. Unfortunately, we do not have any access to your device, so we would be unable to uninstall the other version for you. You will need to ask your teacher for help here.
