Minecraft Education does'nt regonize my school email.

When I try to sign in with my school account, it tells me that my trial period is over??? I've been using this account for years.

  Hey Martin,
  
  It sounds like either your schools subscription to Minecraft Education has expired or Minecraft Education has been unassigned from your account. Either way, your best course of action is to reach out to your IT department and have them address this issue.

  I contacted my IT department, it now works on my iPad but not on my PC.. Giving me this answer: We can't connect to the service you need right now. Please check your internet connection and try again.

  Hey Martin,

  There is something blocking a connection on your PC.
  Do you by chance have multiple versions of Minecraft Education installed on your PC?
  If so, uninstall one of them and try again.
  If that does not work, is your PC using a VPN, proxy, content filter or firewall?
