I dont get batches

Dear Community, 

I finished different Trainings for Minecraft education in learn.microsoft.com but I didn´t get the batches for that in my minecraft education profile.

Do you know, what the problem is? Thx

  The badges are no longer hosted on our website, but you can find them on credly and MS learn still.
