Can't sign in

When I open the app it just says "sign in with your school or organizational account to use Minecraft education edition," No sign in button, nothing else. I don't know what to do now, pls help.

  Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing here? Also, could you tell me what type of device and OS you are using as well?
  Once I have that information, I should have a better idea of what might be going on here.
