Downloading Minecraft Education on Mac

Hello,

Recently, I've been unable to successfully download Minecraft Education on my Mac due to a technical issue. When I load the game, it immediately freezes and displays the message "Global Resources Reset. Resources failed to load previously." Even trying to sign in is impossible. I have tried multiple times and have even reset my mac, but none of my attempts have been successful.

  Hey Hannah,

  To be honest, this issue is still a bit of a mystery, but we have had some success by deleting the resource pack on the device and rebooting it.
  You can find it here: HD > Users > <user name> > Library > Application support > Minecraftpe > com.mojang
  the easiest way to get to the correct location is with the Go command in Finder.
  so just press Command-Shift-G and then paste the target directory ~/Library/Application Support/minecraftpe/games/com.mojang and press Enter.
