My minecraft is glitching so much its not letting me in.

Every time I click on it, it keeps changing the screen color every second and it keeps sending to the Help support.

  There are 2 main causes to this issue:
  
  1. There are multiple versions of Minecraft Education installed on the device
  2. There is something on your device or network blocking connection to one of our services URLs.

  
  Can you successfully log in when using a separate network like a mobile hotspot? This will help us determine if the issue is on the device or network level
