I am writing to report an issue with Minecraft Education Edition. My cousin has been experiencing difficulties trying to access the game. Whenever he attempts to join, an error message states that it’s not working. We are unsure whether this issue is specific to mobile users or if it’s related to his location, as he resides in a different state and potentially a different school district compared to mine. We would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter so that he can enjoy the benefits of Minecraft Education Edition without interruption.   What is the exact error that your cousin is receiving when he attempts to sign in and what type of device is he using?

  Hello,
  I have wondered this with the tablets in my classroom as well. I think the issue stems from when it first installs (on iPadOS) Minecraft asks if it allowed to search for devices on the network. They probably selected No at this point.
