Minecraft freezes on login and says restart global resources

It just stays there freeze and the message "restart of global resources", we have tried updating the operating system, installing and uninstalling several times but on the internet there were no solutions.
A week ago it was fine, but out of nowhere this problem started to happen. 
The mac version is ventura 1.3.5 but then I updated the OS to the latest version of ventura.

  Could you try deleting the resource pack on the device and start it over?
  You can find it here: HD > Users > <user name> > Library > Application support > Minecraftpe > com.mojang
  The easiest way to get to the correct location is with the Go command in Finder.
  so just press Command-Shift-G and then paste the target directory ~/Library/Application Support/minecraftpe/games/com.mojang and press Enter.
