Student can't run code

I have a student who can open the code window, write code, press the "play button", but when she goes out and types the command to run the code, we get the error: "Unknown command: run. Please check that the command exists and that you have permission to use it."

This persists across multiple devices with the same student logged in. No other students are seeing this problem.

  Hey Chris,

  Is this occurring with all code or a specific command?

  Could you share a screenshot of the code and the error she is receiving?
