Students can't play together

We get a "connection timed out" message for some students every time. Other students are able to join without problems.

  Hey Heather,

  I'm assuming you are receiving this error when students are trrying to connect in multiplayer.

  We have seen reports of other customers experience issues where after X number of users join a multiplayer session, a portion of users begin disconnecting and/or fail to connect to the host's world. In some cases, users that are still connected to the session experience lag in the form of block placement delay and issues accessing their inventory.
