    Hey Lucas,

    I am currently trying to collect information on this issue.

    Is the Mac a personal or school managed device? Could the student temporarily uninstall any potential Antivirus that may be installed? Can the student log in if on a separate network such as a wireless hotspot?

    1. The Macbook is personal device.
    2. I can ask the student to do so.
    3. He was using his Macbook from home within a private network as per usual.

    Hey Lucas,

    If possible, I would still like to know if the issue occurs on other networks. This would help us confirm that the issue is device specific and not something being blocked by the network.

    Your student could also try creating a new user account on their device to see if their may be an account related issue.

    They could also run a registry cleaner on their device. There are many free options out there.
