Possible Bug with custom skins
I often create custom skins and then use the handy online skinpack converter tool, and then add the .mcpack files to MinecraftEdu. However, since 1.20, the skins only show up for the person playing and not for others in the game.
In other words, I can see myself in my custom skin, but other players in the same world cannot -- they see me as a default skin. Is this a known bug? Thanks!

I've seen the same issue with textures, client side i have been working through the Animal Rescue Center Lessons and noticing a lot of the textures are turned into default in the lessons where they were custom before.

How do you create a custom skin?

this happend for me too, i found it was resolved by going into general settings and turning off only allow trusted skins in a world i was playing on, it fixed it completely for me

I know the problem! We were having this too. Turn off "Only Allow Trusted Skins" in the "General" tab of Settings.
