Doubts about commercial licenses for a NGO
Hi!
We are working for a Spanish NGO and we want to launch a non-profit charity challenge in Minecraft Education open to different participants. We have some doubts regarding the licenses:
- How feasible it is for a license to be used by several users at successive times? If we do it with a group of people A, assigning those licenses to these people, it should be possible, once that the first action is closed, that we do it with a second group B, and that we could assign those same licenses to these people of the group B, once uninstalled for the first devices?
- We also want to confirm if someone who has a commercial standard version of Minecraft installed could participate with it in the challenge, or only it's possible if you have a Minecraft Education license.
Thanks for your help!

Hey there!
- You can unassign and reassign licenses as many times as you would like in Admin Center. In your scenario, you can in fact use the licenses' for group A, then reassign them to group B. You cannot have anyone on the same license on two different devices at the same time.
- If you would like to play multiplayer, all licenses need to be on the same domain. So a commercial license with student@homeschool123.edu and a student from a school with student123@school123.edu cannot play together as they are not on the same domain.
Let us know if we can help further!
