Unable to login to my commercial minecraft education account

I received a renewal statement for minecraft commercial. Then my son was unable to login. I finally got into looking and it says no account exists. The domain is (removed for privacy).

  What device make / model and OS version are you on when you are having trouble?

  Are you on the latest version of Minecraft Education? 

  Is this a home network or school network?

  Is this a commercial account or school managed account?
