Spectator mode toggle

I find that spectator mode is very useful in certain situations for educational creators. Yes, I know people use spectator to bypass restrictions, but add a toggle that only Operators or the owner of the world can enable or disable spectator mode.

  I wish to have spectator so I can make some students in some location in and out of that mode. It will enable me to have much better environment for my students who work in survavle mode a whole year
