cannot host world

1.when I useing windows10 device to host world, it display "P2P/SIG: No_session(Expired Auth From Discovery)" and i can't join the world. 2.i can't join the multiplayer game on my windows device 3.when I run the minecraft education as administrator,it can't login in the account and it says can't connect to the service 4.These problems are not happening on my ios device and android device. 5.I am useing minecraft education 1.20.12   6.I tried turning off antivirus and firewall but it didn't help.

  Hey there,

  Are you using your iOS and Android devices on the same network as your Windows device? Are you able to connect your windows device if you use a separate network such as a mobile hotspot?

  Also, could you provide the make and model of the windows device so I can take a look at the specs?

  moon cake Does this happen you when join a world, or upon beginning to host the world? How many other devices are using Minecraft Education on the network?
