cant connect to my account
when I want to connect to my account, I receive this message.
we could not connect you. make sure you log in to your school or organization account.
and then i try to contact the minecraft education self helper and the bot said i need to reach out to my teacher to ensure that u have the license from my school

If you are using Minecraft Education through your school, you will need to reach out to your teacher or IT admin and have them provide you with an account.

I cannot login since 2 weeks ago...at first it just constantly bounced me out of the login screen by saying I entered the wrong username and password (I input the correct details).
It just continuously refused my login details, then when I tried the try Demo Account it stated I'm not connected to the internet which is not true.
So looks like the recent update break something and makes some unable to login / no internet access. To be clear I can access the internet just fine, no problem with the internet.
Please find below the attached screenshot..I was trying to access Demo Account. I got a commercial account, but it always says I input the wrong username / password. This looks like it failed to communicate with the Minecraft Education server.

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with this error, I have some steps to go through for troubleshooting:
1.) Are you on a school account or commercial account? Which device are you using?
2.) Do you have a proxy or web filter or virus protection that might be blocking the apps connection to our services? For Chromebooks, if you have a proxy, this is likely to happen since Chromebooks don't have full proxy support at this time.
3.)Back up any worlds, Uninstall and Reinstall App from this page: https://education.minecraft.net/en-us/get-started/download
4.) Are all OS's on the latest version? If not, I would recommend updating to latest OS version.
