Trouble Signing In On Chromebook
I have a student account on minecraft education. I used to be able to sign in and play with no problem. For the past 5-6 months, I keep getting an error that says "We can't connect to the service you need right now. Check your internet connection and try again" . I have tried absolutely everything i can think of to get it to work but it still won't. All of my other apps work fine and i have no problem using the internet. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my chromebook, reset our internet on both my chromebook and the wi-fi router. Nothing has worked. At first I thought this problem was because of my internet, but now i'm having second thoughts. Has anyone else had this issue? If you know how to solve it please reply to this post! My chromebook input model is 7265NGW. Thank you to anyone who can help!!

I've already responded to your ticket you submitted, but just to paraphrase what I said in the ticket, It is likely one of our services are being blocked on your network, likely by Firewall, antivirus or a proxy.
Make sure you do not have multiple versions of Minecraft Education installed and reference our IT admin guide for the full URL list: FAQ: IT Admin Guide

I do not have another version of minecraft edu installed. I also have been gold by a friend who just recently installed the new update, that it also said the same thing for her. She previously had version 1.18 and it worked fine, but when she downloaded 1.20, she had the net work issue. She has a different network provider and has tried using minecraft edu on other networks and has not succeeded.
