My login keeps on saying One moment

Whenever I click on login and I write my email address after I do that it keeps saying One moment but never lets me type my password

  There are a few things that could be going on here:

  1. A URL to one of our services is being blocked

  2. Your device may not meet our system requirements: https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047556591-System-Requirements
  If you provide your device make and model, I will gladly check for you.

  3. Your internet connection may be unstable.

  Are you receiving an error when it times out? If so, what is the error message?
  
  Make sure our URLs are not being blocked on any firewalls, proxies, webfilters or antivirus.
