Invincibility glitch*

I have come across a glitch in a survival world I am playing in that stops the player respawning properly, making the player invincible I have no idea what caused it or how to fix it. please help.

  Are you having this issue in one specific world? If so, which one?
  If it is happening in all worlds, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
