  Make sure you do not have multiple versions of Minecraft Education installed on your device as that will cause this error.

  Are you using a school managed device and/or logging onto a school network? If so you will need to reach out to your schools IT department.

  If you are using a personal device on a home network, ensure that connection to our services aren't being blocked by a proxy/webfilter/ parental filter or an antivirus firewall.
