Mouse not looking around

Chromebook, My son's game is having an odd issue. The mouse will no longer look around. It works normally for all other functions. Menu and such. But in game it is fixed. We can move the player but not the camera. I tried resetting the controls to default but no luck. Any ideas?

  It may be a driver update that is needed for the keyboard or mousepad. Try plugging in an external keyboard and see if that helps. You might also need to reinstall Minecraft Education but make sure all worlds are exported/saved before you do this.
