Placing ender frame block with data.

Hi all,

I'm trying to create an ender portal through code using the data information found below: 

And I can easily use the 'data' block to point the ender frame block in a specified direction, but I'm not sure how to also use that blockt o specify the 'true/false' value for whether the block will have an eye. Any help would be super appreciated!

Here's my current code below (where I'm able to successfully point the blocks in different directions through data):

  Well, thanks for the intriguing post. I had fun playing with this in MakeCode Python for a bit. I'm afraid I'm no help to you, but I'd love to know what progress you make! You are right up my alley doing this kind of coding! =]
