Unable to Play

I downloaded version 1.19 on my school computer but every time I open it it finishes loading and goes to the title screen the app just closes

  Make sure you only have one version of MineCraft Education on your machine.

  I’ve had to uninstall an older copy on occasion to get the latest copy running smoothly.
