How do I transfer my qualifications from old DoE WA login

I initially registered with my DoE WA email address.  I've completed the 11 hour educator training.  I now work for AISWA and want to transfer my qualifications and other personal information across.

  If Microsoft Learn, you can add another account to your current account before you loose access.
