What happened to the appx download? microsoft store is blocked and any setup wizard is blocked so i'm at a bit of a loss. please help!

  Hi Keith Cloyd, 

  The .appx download through the store is still available... my guess is that your districts IT may have blocked it from their side. Might want to inquire with them further.
