Minecraft education on hotspot
I am having a unique issue where if I use my home wifi, work wifi, or cell phone as a mobile hotspot, I can log in to Minecraft Education. However, I have an AT&T hotspot which when I use on Chromebook with Minecraft education, it says "check internet connection.....".
With the same hotspot, I can log in to Minecraft education on iPad and Windows laptop. Please help. I have several chromebooks that we are supposed to use soon with our students for Minecraft

Hey there,
Can you try the Chromebooks on a different non-hotspot network as a test to see if they work on a different network?
Are the Chromebooks school issued devices or personal devices?
Do the Chromebooks work on a school network?

Hello, I work with Gary. The Chromebooks work fine on WiFi barring some problems with server hosting, they are personal devices, and they work on school networks as well. It should be noted that windows, android, and iOS devices all work on the hotspot and this is a chromebook specific issue. We have added the TCP and UDP ports to be explicitly whitelisted and turned off firewalls completely. Any insight into what may be causing this issue would be appreciated.

Hey Jacob!
Thanks for the info! I will check with our test team on this, honestly it does sound odd.
