Administrative Logging for Minecraft Education

In addition to being able to log what happens within a world (like chat log or what commands get run etc.)
I would also like some administrative logging so that we as administrators can see Activity on minecraft within our tenet.  Since users essentially have to "log in" or Minecraft logs them in every time it is accessed, there have got to be records in the services about sign ons beyond the official ones through the browsers.  Why can we not see this somewhere in the admin center?  I only see sign ons when some one has difficulty signing on or when they are using some other service with activity reports.  Please, I want activity reports for Minecraft too!
