    From what you describe there may be a VPN or content filter in place. Can you check for any of these filters and toggle them off for a time as test? Also try a different network to see if that helps.

  • Upon contacting the official support, it was found that the inability to download the resource pack was due to the influence of the firewall or antivirus software. The issue was resolved by following these steps:

    1. Uninstall the application.
    2. Temporarily turn off the firewall and antivirus software.
       - Open the system settings, go to the network section, and temporarily disable filters and the firewall.
    3. Reinstall and launch Minecraft Education Edition.
    4. Once the application launches successfully, turn the filters and firewall back on.

    Once the resource pack is downloaded and the application can launch, it will continue to launch even if the filters and firewall are turned back on.
